Cycleway disruptions
There are times when cycleways or general cycling access is restricted due to construction, maintenance or event activities. Where possible alternative cycling routes will be provided at these times.
- Changed bicycle access to the F3 Freeway | PDF 2.41MB - The shoulder of the F3 Freeway has been closed in both directions between the West Wallsend Exit (George Booth Road) and the Newcastle Interchange (Newcastle Link Road). Cyclists can use signposted alternative routes until the shoulder is reopened in late 2012.
